Right after a call ends, RingBird sends a single personalized text to the lead. It includes whatever you've configured — listing details, document requirements, prescreen or application links — so they have everything in one message. No manual copy-paste.

Yes. We only send SMS to people who've given verbal consent during the call. The agent confirms they're okay receiving texts before adding them to the follow-up. We also include an opt-out (e.g. “Reply STOP”) in every message, as required by CASL.

Absolutely. You choose which sections to include: listing address and price, beds and baths, document requirements, prescreen link, application link, and custom blurb. You can use different templates per listing or use case.

The agent asks during the call. If they decline, no SMS is sent. If they agree, we send one follow-up and don't add them to any ongoing marketing list unless they've explicitly opted in for that.
