Get started

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle — you keep full access until then.

On the free trial, you get 60 minutes to use within 30 days — once they're used or the trial expires, upgrade to keep your agent active. On paid plans, your balance resets each billing cycle. You can upgrade at any time for more minutes immediately, or purchase a Minute Pack add-on for an extra 60 minutes.

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account settings — your agent stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Each call is rounded up to the nearest minute. A 45-second call counts as 1 minute. A 2-minute-30-second call counts as 3 minutes. Only connected calls are counted — missed calls and rejected calls don't use minutes.
